Taxes/Duties

Please note that a buyer is responsible for duties and taxes in their own region/country.

Returns and Cancellations

We accept returns and cancellations of orders with damages or defects. Please

contact us within: 7 days of delivery
ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
request a order cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

Due to the nature of our products, minor creases on fabric and size difference within 3cm/1.2inch cannot be considered as defects. Please note that we cannot accept the return if products have been used or washed.

If the product is not damaged or defective but you still wish to return the product, a customer is responsible for shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
